Detox smoothie recipe

As winter draws to a close, we at Galeo love to make detox smoothies! Perfect for our bodies, here's a super-vitamin, antioxidant smoothie recipe.

In a blender, place :

- 2 handfuls fresh spinach leaves
- ½ lemon
- 3 apples
- 1 teaspoon matcha
- 1 drop of Galeo organic peppermint essential oil on ½ cane sugar

Blend and you're ready to go!

What are the benefits of this smoothie?

Spinach is a very good friend of transit and promotes detox, while helping to keep the tummy flat. Lemon is an excellent antioxidant and is renowned for its diuretic properties. Apples also regulate transit thanks to their high fiber content. Matcha is rich in an antioxidant that fights cell ageing. Finally, peppermint essential oil is a super ingredient for digestion. In short, this smoothie has all the ingredients for a successful detox!
