Delivery & Returns
Items ordered by the customer will be delivered to mainland France (and countries in the European Union), to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
Delivery time: 3 to 4 working days.
Working days: Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Delivery to pick-up locations is only available in mainland France and Corsica. International delivery costs are indicated during the order process.
If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, the delivery driver or postal worker will leave notification of the post office or pick-up location at which the parcel will be left for collection.
How to return an item ?
You have a right of withdrawal which you can exercise within 14 days of receiving your order.
Procedure :
1/ Prepare the item for return: complete items must be returned in their original state (packaging, accessories, manual etc.) so they can be sold on as new. The item for return must be correctly wrapped and protected.
2/ Print and fill in the right of withdrawal form, which you will find in your online customer space.
3/ Place the completed right of withdrawal form in your parcel.
4/ Ensure you pay the correct postage for your parcel and send it to:

If your parcel meets our conditions for return, we will reimburse you via your original payment method within fourteen days of receiving the returned item.
What to do if your order arrives damaged ?
If the item you receive does not comply with the order you placed on our website, or if you receive a broken or damaged item, contact our Customer Service department by email at galeo@galeoconcept.com. Please provide your surname, first name, order reference, details of the item and a photo.
